What marina management software costs in 2026

SlipRight

A marina owner comparing software gets a sticker price from some vendors and a demo request from the rest, and the sticker is rarely the whole bill. Some of the cost comes out of every payment your boat owners make, some is billed a year at a time, and some only shows up when you ask what setup costs. Below is each vendor's published rate, or the listing price where the vendor's own site shows none, with the date we read it.

How marina software is priced

Most vendors use one of three models, and a few use two at once.

  • A tier by slip count. Molo, sold as Storable Marine, lists at $299 a month for up to 100 spaces on Capterra and Software Advice; storablemarine.com shows no price, and every page ends at Request a demo (checked October 14, 2026). Atlantis Marina publishes its tiers: $150 a month up to 40 rentable spaces, $300 for 41 to 100, $500 for 101 to 200, and $900 for 201 to 400 (October 20, 2026). A tier is easy to budget until the marina crosses the line and the whole bill steps up.
  • Modules billed for the year. Dockwa prices each product on its own, starting at $169 to $249 a month a module, based on annual billing (October 20, 2026). Contracts, Spaces, and Transient together start at $529 a month. If you cancel, you keep using it until the paid part of the plan runs out.
  • A cut of every boat owner's payment, on top of the card processor. Atlantis adds 1% of each successful payment to Stripe's processing (October 20, 2026). Molo charges processing from 0.35% over cost, then "e-transaction fees" on online payments at a rate that appears only in the signed contract, and a further fee for instant payouts (October 14, 2026).

The third kind grows with what you collect, so every good season makes it bigger.

SlipRight is the first kind without the tiers: $5 a slip a month, 50 slips at least, so the smallest bill is $250 a month. The yearly plan is ten months' price, which is 2 months free. SlipRight takes no cut. You pay Stripe's rate and nothing on top.

What it comes to at 50, 100, and 200 slips

The chart adds the subscription and the payment cut into one monthly number for each vendor. Pick a marina size, and turn on the yearly plan to see SlipRight's price paid by the year.

What a marina pays a month, all in
  1. SlipRight, 50 slips: $250 a month.
  2. Molo, 50 slips: $357 or more a month (subscription $299 plus cut of boat owners' payments $58). Before the e-transaction fee on online payments, which Molo does not publish.
  3. Atlantis, 50 slips: $467 a month (subscription $300 plus cut of boat owners' payments $167).
  4. Dockwa, 50 slips: $529 to $1,299 a month. $529 for Contracts, Spaces, and Transient, up to $1,299 with every module listed, each starting at and billed annually.

  • SlipRight's subscription
  • Other vendors' subscriptions
  • Cut of boat owners' payments, on top of the card rate
  • Dockwa with every module

Assumes about $4,000 a slip a year collected through the software. Prices as each vendor or its listings showed them in October 2026; the sources are at the end.

Start with 50 slips

Every number in this chart
Vendor50 slips100 slips200 slips
SlipRight$250; yearly plan $208$500; yearly plan $417$1,000; yearly plan $833
Molo$357+ ($299 + $58)$416+ ($299 + $117)No listed price above 100 spaces
Atlantis$467 ($300 + $167)$633 ($300 + $333)$1,167 ($500 + $667)
Dockwa$529 to $1,299$529 to $1,299$529 to $1,299
  • Molo: Before the e-transaction fee on online payments, which Molo does not publish.
  • Dockwa: $529 for Contracts, Spaces, and Transient, up to $1,299 with every module listed, each starting at and billed annually.
  • Molo: Its 0.35% alone comes to about $233 a month at 200 slips.

At about $4,000 a slip a year, a marina collects $200,000 a year at 50 slips, $400,000 at 100, and $800,000 at 200, and Atlantis's 1% or Molo's 0.35% is figured on that. Molo's e-transaction fee is left out because Molo doesn't publish it, so Molo's real number is higher than shown.

  • At 50 slips SlipRight costs less than any of them: $250 a month against Molo at $357 or more, Atlantis at $467, and Dockwa at $529 for its three core modules.
  • At 100 slips SlipRight's yearly plan comes to $417 a month, level with Molo's $416 before its e-transaction fee and $216 under Atlantis.
  • At 200 slips SlipRight's yearly plan is $833 a month against Atlantis at $1,167. Dockwa's three core modules start at $529 a month, billed for the year, and each module you add costs more: fuel management starts at $199, point of sale at $249, and Insights at $139.

The Molo and Dockwa comparisons go further, and marina billing software shows how SlipRight collects.

What a cut of payments comes to

Slide the amount to what your marina collects in a year to see what each vendor's cut takes from it, before the card processor's own rate.

The cut of payments, a year
$400,000 About 100 slips at $4,000 a slip a year

  • SlipRight $0 You pay Stripe's rate and nothing on top.
  • Molo $1,400 a year, about $117 a month 0.35% over cost, plus an e-transaction fee on online payments at a rate only the signed contract shows.
  • Atlantis $4,000 a year, about $333 a month 1% of each successful boat owner payment, on top of Stripe's rate.

The slip count assumes about $4,000 a slip a year, as in the chart above.

Start with 100 slips

Boat owners pay by card or ACH into the marina's own Stripe account, and SlipRight takes nothing from it.

Costs that never show on a pricing page

  • The year paid up front. A module billed annually is paid for the year, and a marina that decides in July it doesn't need one carries it to the end of the term. SlipRight is month to month, and the yearly plan is a choice that saves two months.
  • Setup and the data move. Molo charges extra for maps and data import (October 14, 2026). SlipRight drafts your map from an aerial photo and moves your customers, boats, and who is in which slip for free.
  • The typing. Every boat owner the office types in by hand, every contract retyped from paper, and every check entered against an invoice is time the season doesn't have. On SlipRight, boat owners type their own details once, sign the offer you sent, and pay it themselves.

What SlipRight's price includes

One price covers the whole marina, with nothing sold as a module:

  • a map of your docks drawn from an aerial photo, with slip detection;
  • contracts that boat owners sign from their phone or any browser;
  • card and ACH payments through your own Stripe, with no cut, and autopay;
  • invoices that follow the contract, with Overdue, late fees, refunds, credits, and statements;
  • work requests on one board, and inventory that drops as parts go on jobs;
  • messages with each boat owner, and news to the whole marina;
  • notifications by email, push, and text;
  • transient stays, haul-out and launch calendars, and your marina's own page;
  • custom fields, reports, exports, and a QuickBooks journal;
  • the office on the computer, a tablet on the dock, or a phone, and the boat owner portal on phone, tablet, and web;
  • unlimited office staff.

If your marina pays another vendor for something that isn't on this list, tell us what it is and we'll talk it through.

What to ask every vendor

Four questions put the whole bill on one page.

  1. What is the price at your slip count, and at the next tier up?
  2. What is charged on each boat owner payment on top of the card processor?
  3. Does the plan bill monthly or for the year, and when does cancelling take effect?
  4. What do setup, the map, and the data move cost?
