If your marina is on Atlantis Marina, or you're weighing it because it publishes a price, the number to look at is the one under the subscription. Atlantis adds 1% to every payment your boat owners make, and that part grows with every good season.
SlipRight is marina management built for the season: the contract the boat owner signs, the payments that follow it, the haul-out and launch days around it, and an app that lets boat owners do all of it themselves. It costs one published price, and it takes no cut of payments.
Atlantis Marina pricing and fees
Atlantis Control Systems publishes month-to-month plans for marinas open to the public, sized by rentable spaces, with slips and dry-stack rack positions both counting (atlantis-marina.com, checked October 29, 2026):
- Micro, $150 a month for up to 40 spaces.
- Small, $300 a month for 41 to 100.
- Medium, $500 a month for 101 to 200.
- Large, $900 a month for 201 to 400.
On top of the plan, Atlantis charges 1% of each successful transaction, plus Stripe processing. Smart lift automation is $1 a connected lift a month, and optional modules and hardware cost extra.
SlipRight is $5 a slip a month, with 50 slips at least, and the yearly plan is ten months' price. Boat owners pay by card or ACH into your own Stripe account. SlipRight takes no cut. You pay Stripe's rate and nothing on top.
- SlipRight $0 You pay Stripe's rate and nothing on top.
- Atlantis $4,000 a year, about $333 a month 1% of each successful payment, on top of Stripe's rate (atlantis-marina.com, Oct 29, 2026).
The slip count assumes about $4,000 a slip a year collected through the system.
Atlantis vs SlipRight at 50, 100, and 200 slips
Take a marina that collects about $4,000 a slip a year through the system. At 50 slips, Atlantis's Small plan plus 1% comes to about $467 a month, and SlipRight is $250. At 100 slips Atlantis comes to about $633 and SlipRight to $500, or $417 on the yearly plan. At 200 slips Atlantis comes to about $1,167, and SlipRight's yearly plan is $833 a month, which is the whole bill. At 100 slips, SlipRight costs less once a marina collects more than about $240,000 a year through the software. The full comparison across vendors is in what marina management software costs.
Atlantis's bill grows with what you collect, and SlipRight's doesn't. A good season on Atlantis costs more in fees; on SlipRight it's the same $5 a slip.
What your boat owners get
On SlipRight, boat owners get My slip on their phone, with Face ID sign-in on an iPhone, and the same portal in any browser.
- They see their slip on your map, and a second boat stays on the same name.
- They see the offer you sent, with the slip, the season, the haul-out and launch weeks, and the services, and sign it from their phone or any browser.
- They pay by card or ACH, keep a card or bank account on file, and turn on autopay, and a payment plan can require it.
- They ask for work from the dock with a photo, and talk to the office in one thread.
- They see their haul-out day, and ask to move it from the same screen.
- They hear about each of these by email, push, or text, whichever they choose.
What the office runs from anywhere
- Maps shows every slip on your marina's aerial photo and who is in it. SlipRight drafts the map from the photo, and the office checks the docks and names.
- New offer sends next season's renewals to one customer or all of them, and each signed offer comes back with the boat, the services, and a payment plan filled in.
- SlipRight drafts the invoices from the plan the owner chose. With autopay on, they charge themselves on the due date.
- A late invoice turns Overdue on its own, the owner gets one letter, and a late fee follows if you turn them on.
- Fill the week hands each waiting boat a haul-out day, and Send dates tells every owner theirs.
- For the books, the office exports invoices, payments, and a QuickBooks journal.
How the move works
We move your data free: your customers, their boats, and who is in which slip. Your slips, inventory, and each customer's opening balance come in through the same import, the balance as one invoice per customer. Send us what you can export from Atlantis, and we run it through the same screens you would use. A dry run marks every row before anything is written, so you see the duplicates and the gaps first, and you can undo an import while nothing depends on it yet.
The cleanest switch for a seasonal marina is to start the new season on SlipRight and let Atlantis finish the old one.
- Next season's offers go out from SlipRight.
- Atlantis collects what's left on last season.
- You cancel the Atlantis plan when that's done.
No agreement moves in the middle of its term. Cards saved for Atlantis's payments don't come across, so each boat owner saves a card or bank account in My slip, and once your Stripe takes payments the invite letter asks them to. Moving a marina off a spreadsheet walks through the import step by step.
