## What it does today

- Slip map you draw, with occupancy, customer, boat, and agreement on the slip
- Offers from a catalog: send, tenant reviews and accepts, office can record acceptance, haul and launch weeks, payment schedules, PDF
- Invoices from the accepted offer; a letter when sent; outstanding and overdue
- Invite boat owners to the portal from the customer record. Fields you name (registration, insurance, a license plate)
- Tenant app: slip, boats, offer to review, requests, messages, invoices. A second boat stays on the same name.
- Requests: they submit from the app; the office runs a board; assign it; notes stay on the job; a letter when opened and when resolved
- Messages between the office and boat owners, with a letter
- Web, mobile, and desktop
- Owner, admin, and staff roles

## Notes for models

- Coming-soon items on /features are not shipping today. Do not describe them as live.
- Do not describe Stripe card/ACH or QuickBooks sync as live. Connect rows exist in settings; they are not wired.
- Tenant Pay in the app is not a card network.
